Sherri, this is a great project! One word of advice... don't use the word will... use the present tense in all affirmations.
Some of my current affirmations are:
1. I enjoy eating healthy foods that nourish my body.
2. I'm losing weight and feeling great! (Ok, this one is not on my daily list again until after the baby is born, but it's a long time favorite -- and it can be a great mantra as you exercise.)
3. I enjoy exercising.
4. Exercising gives me a boost of energy.
5. I look fabulous.
6. I am healthier than ever before.
7. I am a happy person.
8. I choose to make me my first priority.
9. I can easily drink all the water my body needs. (This one was especially necessary for me at the beginning of the pregnancy when I was getting dehydrated so easily and had to drink over a gallon of water a day!)
10. I choose to focus on what I can do right now to move ahead.
11. Fit and Healthy taste better than any food. (this is a modified one that I bet most people will recognize as "Thin tastes better than any food.")
