Default If you miss bread, try MF waffles!

I don't like to cook with a lot of the MF meals because I am just that lazy but the waffles are worth it on the weekend and they take care of my bread/pancake craving.

Any MF oatmeal
2 T eggbeaters or 1 egg white
1/2 tsp baking powder
between 1/4 and 1/2 water to make batter the right consistency

You can add vanilla syrup, cinnamon, splenda etc but it was good by itself. It still has the odd oatmeal taste but it's really good. It makes 2 small square waffles or maybe one big one.

I would love to know if this would keep, it would be a nice on the go meal.

And did you just put in your waffle iron? What did you put on top?

I edited because I had baking powder twice and left the water off. Sorry.

I just put it in a waffle iron, easy. I didn't put anything on top but I wonder if we can have SF maple syrup?

I am sitting in northern WI in a blizzard! Again. This is the year that makes me very happy that we have a snowblower.

I have not tried any Walden Farms products. What have you tried??? I espesially miss salad dressing.

I'm planning to try some Walden Farms stuff in the future too. I thought salad dressing was okay within certain parameters though?

It is, I just don't like the stuff that I should use. Oddly, I like the french spray stuff the best.

How are you doing?? Headaches? I hope not.
