Default Hit my mini-goal by accident!

I usually lose weight in spurts. I'll lose 3 pound over 2 days, then plateau for several months. Just 2 weeks ago I dropped from bouncing between 141-139 to bouncing between 137-139 with one weigh in at 136. So I was expecting to be 137-139 for a while. Sunday I came back from Vegas and did LOADS of extravagant eating and drinking. I weighed myself when I got home Sunday and saw 140. I wasn't bummed because I knew I drank A LOT, I mean A LOT!!! But I weighed myself today just for poops and giggles and I'm at 135 I had to get on and off the scale a few times just to make sure it wasn't messing with me. This was TOTALLY unexpected!!!!

I think it's like if you keep switching up stuff like calories, exercise, stuff we eat or do anything differently you kind of jump start your metabolism or do some things to shock it...and WHAM(!!!) that weight just falls off! The same thing happened to me for weeks my weight was at 142-144 (like 2 days ago in the mornings when I weighed in). Then yesterday morning I got on the scale and it said I weigh 140 lbs. You can also think of it as your bodies way of saying thank you or giving you a surprise for sticking with it through the thick and thin. he he that's what I like to think of it!! *hugs* I'm uber happy for you too!! *hugs and jumps for joy*

sorry for the terrible grammar and possibly spelling. English not my best subject. *blushes* neither is math but that's a different story...
