Here we are 4 days into this weeks goal thread.
I am doing pretty good. Ok here is my Wed and Thurs report:
Wednesday I ate about 1600 cals [all healthy food], biked 13.75 mi in 65 minutes and drank all my water. I felt so good.
Today, Thursday, I admit I ate chocolate, way more than is 'normal' but I had not had my water yet either. Just thought of that!!!!! Gonna start when I get off here, but my cals for today will peak at 3000!!!! NOT GOOD!

I don't feel that good because of the sugar I put in today, but it is a little better after doing the bike for 30 min [7 1/3 mi]. Again the water appears to be the key.
