I didn't weigh myself this week. I was in Florida all week for work. Being from Minnesota, my coworker and I took the opportunity to enjoy the good weather and the good food! So I decided I would skip the weigh in this week so as not to discourage or disappoint myself. I am hoping for 2 pounds next week. I am going to have to work out hard all week to make it. Good job everyone on your weight loss!
