Default Eating healthy an aphrodisiac?????

Okay, this may be TMI, and if it is i appologise.. but i am very curious about this and figured this would be the best place to ask...
Before i started eating better, my 'drive' was normal i guess.. once a week or so and all was good... but since i have been eating better and exercising, i seem to be in hyper drive lol... is this normal?? my husband, bless him, says that he is willing to do anything to help me in my goal, so he is there for me lol...but it just seems so weird to me.. im 43 years old and feeling like a randy 30 year old lol...if i would have known changing my lifestyle could produce these results, i would have done so years ago lol.... Has anyone else experianced this??? or am i just going thru some mid life crisis thing? lol

Exercise does it for me...healthy eating definitely doesn't hurt! More energy in general means more energy to...you know...

Enjoy it!

Since I lost the weight and hit peak age for um, randiness, at the same time it's hard to tell. I, um, definitely noticed that difference as well though. It's certainly a fun "problem" to have!

I saw the title and couldn't resist reading and commenting. hehe I know what you mean, remydey! I remember when I initially lost 50 lbs it was all my boyfriend and I could think about. (He'd lost nearly 100 lbs.) It was like we were both hormone crazed high schoolers. lol I just started last Friday so I can't wait for that to kick in again.

I definitely have more energy to burn and my guy is ABSOLUTELY reaping the benefits. Great topic.

LOL this is great!! I have found the exact same thing has happened with me. My husband is on the depressed side right now and he is not complaining any. I think he likes the extra attention he is getting.
My daughter was home from college today and she commented that my eyes looked bigger...what a place to notice weight loss...but i dont feel bloated at all now. I can also tell my checks looks smaller
