I won a 6-month trial of it from this site a while back. It's actually a really, really neat concept.... That your workouts are tailored and they progress as you do. I didn't really care for the cardio selections though, I never found one I liked. Oh, and unless they've changed, the music is LAME -- you'd do well to select no music and put your own on in the background. My only other criticism is that there's a bit too much "down time" between exercises -- instead of going from one to the other there's a pause in the middle where they tell you the name of the next one (I think this is because they piecemeal the different DVDs together from a database of different exercises). It's ok, but I get impatient
That sounds like a lot of criticism but I really do enjoy it, and still do it from time to time! And maybe they've cleaned up/changed since the last time I got one... I think my subscription ran out around now last year.
