breakfast: Shredded wheat, banana, skim milk
lunch: Pinto beans, rice, orange
dinner: Taco salad (ground turkey, lettuce, tomato, ff cheese, ff sour cream), green apple
snack: Mixed veggy salad topped with salsa/sf ff pudding
on a side note... I've been trying to count calories/fat/protein lately to make sure I'm on target so I don't over do it and I've done great with calories/fat, however my protein intake seems low. I guess I need to add more protein to breakfast.
