Default stuck at 200??

I by no means am saying I stalled or plateaued but has anyone else had the problem of losing weight and then all of a sudden....your stuck at 200. I have been bouncing between 200.5 and 201.4 for 5 days now and its driving me NUTS!!! I just want to hit that 199 mark so bad..which is probably why I am not losing. I started a herbal cleanse this morning hopefully that will osuh me under the 200 (i started one when I just before I got pregannt lost 5lbs....then had to stop becuase I found out I was pregnant)

I have been in the boat for years. I can never get past the 200 mark. I am hoping that I can change that this year. My suggestion is to keep on keeping on. IT WILL HAPPEN. :-)

Irishfairy - breathe - breathe. Good. You ARE so close and you ARE going to get there. Maybe not today or tomorrow, but real, real soon. You've been doing great staying on plan and that WILL result in weight loss, but it won't necessarily show up that quickly. Give it a week or two and you will be FIRMLY planted in ONEderland. Hang tough.

Just be careful of those cleanse-type things... they basically just result in temporary loss, but don't have much (if any) health benefit.

Try to make a change in your diet. Remove some calories and add a bit of exercising. Just a bit. To kick it!

I say just keep doing what you've doing but skip the scale for a few days. Then all of a sudden you'll be well under that 200 mark. I did the same thing when i was almost at 199 and as soon as I stopped stressing (which alone can case you to not lose weight) I was 197! Also, drink some extra water, if you ate something extra salty recently that could be causing you to hold onto some water weight.

its not the kind of cleanse your thinking of. its just like an herbal health thing its made with all herbs that I have eaten before nothing scary and I don't have to change my diet

Irish, can you tell me more about it? That sounds intriguing. The cleanses always interested me until I heard how dangerous they are, so I'd love to try a safe one.

Yes that happended to me - I bounced around the 200 mark for like 4 weeks. I just kept doing what I knew was right and stayed true to my plan. Then one day the scale popped and I was at 197.

Hang in there - sometimes the Diet Gods just like to play with our minds.
