...I am not on Medifast at the moment due to my impending operation - total knee joint replacement on January 24.
This morning I met with a dietitian in preparation for my surgery and convalescence and an on a 1500 calorie plan. I still will be using some of the Medifast products as supplements. She thoroughly approves of Medifast but insists that I need to add dairy and fruit to aid healing.
However, you aren't rid of me as I'll be in here a lot.
By the way, do we want to do weekly threads or shall we just keep the Jan 8 - 13 one going until it becomes too long? Let me know. I'd post a poll if I could remember how to do it. I guess I need to go back to MOD school.
