Default A very good morning!
So, I was getting kind of discouraged that the scale hasn't moved much since I really started back exercising at the end of Dec. But this morning I did my measurements again and I've lost a total of 4.5 inches since i started. most of that was on my waist and hips. It really helped to make my day start right!
