I am also a calorie counter, but I've never heard of SlimQuick.

I'm also a calorie counter -

Have you seen this thread on SlimQuick in our "Does It Work?" forum?

In the "Diet Central" forum there's a sub-forum called "Does it Work?" That's probably where you'd want to look.

http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/show...ght=slim+quick

Here's an old thread I was able to find, also the search function (up in the purple bar between new posts, and quick links) should save you some time.

Hope this was helpful. And welcome to 3FC!

Looks like Mandalinn beat me to it.

I know there is the "does it work" section, but the one thread was closed and I just wanted to give my quick input. I tried slimquick for a few weeks, and not only did I find it inconvienent, having to time my meals around when I was taking the pills, but I also felt VERY queezy an hour or so after I took a pill. To make matters worse, I lost less weight while I was taking the pills and nothing else in my diet changed! I've tried several weight lost pills and honestly don't recommend any of them, but slimquick was on the bottom of my list.

Hiya, I'm new here too and still exploring the site but I've tried Slimquick - nothing happened. Of course I wasn't sticking to my exercise plan very well (ok not at all). I honestly think that none of the over the counter products are going to work all by themselves. I've tried tons of them and haven't found anything that truly works by itself since they took ephedra off the market (so far no heart damage has shown up so I'm one of the lucky ones I guess).

My thought on diet pills and the like is -- if it worked, we'd all have heard of it and no one would really be having a weight problem anymore But it looks like some of the ladies above are giving you actual information so I'll just say WELCOME and hope to see you around the forums!
