Sounds like you are pumped for your kickboxing class tonght. Way to goal. Hey if you like the other plan better then why not switch right now then? It was working for you because you were losing every week. I don't think it will hurt you. Unless you just want to get to goal a lot faster.
That is great that you have such a close friend. I have one best friend here at home and the rest of my close friends are here online. But you need at least one close friend that you can confide in. I bet she is so proud of you for all your hard work. Wait until she sees you she will pass out from shock like your mom did. That is awesome though. I hope to be following in your footsteps as far as the losses go. I am ready and so built up to lose this weight. I have so many plans and that is what keeps me going. I want to do the fun things but I have to do the work first. Which I will for sure.

Way to goal girl. You are doing awesome also with your loss you had last night. See I knew the plan would work for you. I still can't believe that your family is doing it to. You are so lucky girl that you don't know it. Also to have your husband doing it with you is a great motivation.
I am with CC I have to cook my carb seperate also. My husband won't even try anything wheat at all. But it is better that way so I only get my portion and there is none left. But my 3 yr old is following in my footsteps and likes the wheat pasta. She told her father the other day that she was going to diet like mom so we could go tubing.

At least she is learning to eat healthy is all I can say.
Well ladies I did it. Megan and I went to the buffet with another couple today. I ONLY had tossed salad and fruit. I know you are supposed to eat the fruit seperate. But I figure it was better to eat it with the salad then eat other things. I was really full when I left. So I didn't have any chicken or meatloaf today. I want to have a loss and I want to reach my goal. I was not tempted by anything they ate either. I just paid attention to my own food. I am so proud of me. I love this plan at least you can eat things in both the plans I do. I think they compliment each other.
I have to go for now. I will check in later. I think I might take a nap. Wow that would be a miracle.LOL

Hey girl if you want to lose and get off the meds for the cholestorol then you can join us on the SB plan. It is easy if you don't mind eating wheat pasta and wheat bread. Then you wouldn't have to worry about the exercise right away. You would have a huge loss by the time you went back to the doctor and your cholestorol will be much lower also by getting rid of the refined sugar. It said so in the SB book I just read. They said that the insulin level in your body controls the cholorestorol level also. You might want to try it. It seems to be working for a few of us here since we joined the band wagon together on Sugar Busters.
Just a thought to try and help you. If you don't want to try it that is okay also. Just do what you are comfortable doing.
