Yesterday I felt lovely. Today I feel. . . what, hately? Anyway, did another 30 mins. at the cemetery, and now I feel like death warmed over (no pun intended) sore and crampy. When does this stop? And, why does it hurt to be good to our bodies??
Going to the gym this moring afte I have a bit of brekkie and some coffee to meet with my personal trainer! I am going to have a full exercise program to help me get back on track. I can't wait! I intend on doing another 1/2 hour on the bike, same as I did yesterday.
OK it's Friday and I have already done my 1/2 hour on the bike. Feeling a lot better but I know that I need to intake more water. My quads are seriously getting worked out!
