I have been away for a while and want to get back on track so here I am! I didn't see a January or Valentines Day thread so I thought I would start it.
I want to lose 5 pounds each month this year (my resolution) to hopefully make it more attainable. I am just gonna focus on the 5 pounds and thats it!
what are your goals??

I would like to say I can lose 10-15 lbs by Valentine's Day. I'm sure it'll be a lot of work. But, if I make my first goal, it will be easier to keep setting goals in the future!
I'd love to lose 10-15 pound by Valentine's Day. BUT, not obsess over the scale and only weigh once a week. I might have to "hide" the scale in a very inconvenient place so I don't want to weigh daily. LOL
Glowing, I thread is like the main title or post, for example, the title of this thread is "January and/or Valentine's Day Goals". A post is what I am typing right now, or what you typed, when you clicked "Post Reply". Understand?
I'm shooting for under 200 by Valentines Day...which is a 12 pound loss from last Thursday...I haven't been able to find my scale since then.......

I would like to get in on the challenge too! I would like to lose 5-10 pounds by Valentine's Day. My ultimate goal would be to at or close to reaching my goal weight by the end of 2008. Good luck everyone!
I just wanted to check in, it looks like a few of us are already on their way! I am staying about the same. (down 1 1/2 since Jan 1). Thought I would see good numbers but it is that time of the month for me so hopefully I will have something good to report soon!

I like the idea of losing 5 lbs a month. It doesn't sound impossible(for me) now I know i couldn't lose like 15 lbs a month,though that would be great, but I know it's not really possible for me,considering I can't afford a personal trainer or gym membership,lol. I really like that idea !!
