Hi fellow EFS dieters,

I'm getting myself ready to start the EFS diet on Jan 1 !!!

I bought the book and I'm confused and hoping for some help ... in the back of the book there are recipes, which Phase are those recipes for?

All of them? Only maintaince? It doesn't say ???

I agree, that is confusing! I just followed the meal plan as written until I got to my first goal weight and then I started cooking recipes. I think you could just try to look at each recipe to see what meal item it best fits. Smoothie recipes can be used where the meal plan calls for juice or smoothie and the bean and rice casseroles can be used for where the menu calls for beans and rice together. Other recipes that aren't as clear a category and you might want to wait on until having completed the three weeks, since you'll probably lose the most in the first three weeks and then much more slowly after that if you have more to lose.
