Default Weigh in Thursday!

Hey all,

Well I had a turtle tonight. I don't know why. But I did only exercise 1 day this week. I will have more time this week to exercise and I will get in at least 3 days this week. I think that maybe with the huge loss I had last week my body is adjusting. But my pants are fitting a lot looser this week that is for sure. So I am not going to give up. I am going to follow the SB plan again and the WW plan. But I am not going to eat as many triscuits and wheat thins. I am going back to my popcorn at night like I did last week when I had the huge loss. And for the buffet this week only salad and fruit like I was doing. It was working so I will go back to that also. No extras this week even if they are legal on the SB it is more calories I don't need.
As far as the job situation goes I did quit my phone job today but the boss doesn't want to let me go. He said if I wanted to I could keep my hand in the business just a little and do what I wanted to. That he would go to all appointments and I don't have to go on the road anymore. That I could do some light things even if it is only 4 hours a week. That way I will still be entitiled to the commission on the things that will be coming in. I told him I would like to do that. Then if things smooth out or when I get done working for the older couple or when megan goes to school full day in another 1 1/2 years then I can put in more hours. But I will still know what is happening. He wants me to help make decisions in the company and just do inside sales and marketing. Which is the part I love to do. So I will try and see. He said if it doesn't work out then I can quit and he would understand. So we will see. I have to get in a routine with the other job first and then maybe only work 2 afternoons a week while megan is at the sitters. I don't know I have to think this through. But I do like the job and hate to leave. But I like the extra time I have also. It is a hard decision to make that is for sure.

I got the SB book today at the library. I am going to sit down and read it and see what else I can learn about the plan. I think it will work. Christie said that they say it can take a couple of weeks to see results. But I did some of the SB plan the week before but not totally and lost the 5 lbs. I will just hang in there. I bet I will have a huge loss next week with the exercise and all.

How did you all do tonight? Let me know. Keep up the great work everyone. We are on the right path together.

I am happy with that Seeing that I goofed way tooooooo much last weekend

Sherri- Way To Goal girl! Hey a turtle is awsome! I was gonna warn ya on the wheat thins though, they are mostly white flour, the triscuits are totally wheat so they are the better choice, I would do the popcorn at night for sure too, I was eating fruit before bed so there isnt anything heavy on my tummy, you will have a loss for sure next week girl

Well guys I hate to run off but I just have to put these girls to bed its getting late.......... BIG TOPS HUGS!!!!!


P.S Marissa lost 3 pounds this weigh in I am so proud of her!!! She has Sugar busted all week too



Oh and guys.... I jusy saw Suzannes latest journal entry, We need to be sure to keep her on our prayer lists, go to the home page and read her last post, she does so much for all of us the least we can do is pray and encourage her
