Default So happy!

I bought a WW at home kit about two years ago, and only used it for about a week. It had been sitting in the spare room gathering dust, when I decided to sell it. I'd never sold anything on e-bay before, and kind of thought it was a hassle. I had sold stuff on craigslist before and it definitely was a hassle.

So, I decided to use it!! And I've been on WW for over 3 weeks, have lost 10 lbs. and feel really great. It's so easy!

What made you start WW?

I like the structure. I like the flexibility. I've been on a million different diets but this has been the best.

I like the flexibility -- I do the points and like the fact I can eat anything I want, but find it amusing that now I really frown on food that is more than 3 points and meals that are over 10 -- makes me chose wisely -- I really, really like being able to eat "real food", not having to buy boxed stuff.

Darby - a big YAY for you with the success you've had so far. Bet you're so glad you kept the kit. I am doing WW because it's a healthy way to eat, I can eat the same foods as my family, and because I consistantly lose best with WW.

I'm choosing WW because of the flexibility it gives you and how easy it is. All you gotta do is count your points and watch your portions. Besides that you can pretty much having anything you want. I'm starting WW on Jan. 1st...but starting to eat healthy now, I have 6 mnths til my sister's wedding and i wanna look good for it...then i have a year and 4 mnths til mine.

I chose WW because about 10 years ago my sister lost a lot of weight on it, and it seemed easy, it's flexible, I've heard so many good things about it over the years, and no food is completely off limits. It's the only diet I've been able to stick to!
