Default I can't think of a better choice!

Dear,

There are so many "plans" out there....but, for someone with a lot of wt. to lose, I can't think of a better choice, or one that is any easier to follow than good old Weight Watchers.

You can do it online, it is very clear, and it is brilliant. It is. Just 3 things count for a point......calories, fat, and fiber...The brilliant part is counting fiber........brilliant......that sorts out "real" food from not....lol.......and the even more brilliant part is that the plan acknowledges the fact that if you weight more, you can eat more and still lose, and best of all, you won't shock your system into thinking you are dieting and slowing down your metabolism.....it keeps you on track, week after week....brilliant......

Brilliant....

I agree WW is great it really helps you to learn what the "value" of food is I have an at home starter pack with the points booklet and I was really suprised at how much some of the things I was eating a lot were "costing" me with points. It made me make better food selections and I was losing a few lbs. a week without exercise....however I have fallen from the wagon as of late this post has inspired me to get out my WW stuff and use it again.
Also I recommend a vegatarian diet the meat commercially produced is full of hormones and antibiotics, this makes the liver sluggish which in turn makes the metabolism slow.
