Hi everyone,I wanted to write you all and let you no I got my surgery date.OMG. It is january 14th,what a way to start the new year.I have surgery at ssf Kaiser.
I appreciate all the kindness here and the support that is given to each other here.I will be keeping post more often now.Wow what a wait it has been
HI Jiffy pop,thanks for the support.Wow I just checked online at kaiser and I have 6 appt to do testing a preop class etc.My first appt is in december. wow excited feeling all kinds of feelings.I hope you had a nice thanksgiving,I ate alittle too many carbs,and I had a dessert which I new I was going to have.Since I don't usually eat like this now,I feel kindof sick and have a headache.Yikes. My food plan is going to be to replace 1 meal with protein drink and 2 other heathly meals low carb high protein etc.I am going to go off caffeine now,I still drink it,so I hope that works out ok.
