Okay, so I admit, I put SlimFast up there to be this super fantastic diet solution, that tasted great......eh, not so much!
Off on a new venture to try, hopefully it will stick.

I am renting a Biggest Loser Recipe book from my local library, maybe it can give me some tips on some yummy food!

I use Slim Fast and have had great results. I only drink the Rich Chocolate Royale shakes as I am honestly scared of the other flavors! I have lost 13lbs. in 5 weeks with SF and had previously lost only 3lbs. during 3 months of the gym. I currently go to the gym 6 nights per week....I am actually dreading the fact that I may have to miss 2 nights this week as Friday is my birthday and my family has planned a celebration...and Saturday is normally my off day....because I am usually quite busy on Saturdays...but we shall see...I hope you have good luck with the Biggest Loser book....I know I am enjoying fitting into old jeans already! Sometimes it takes a few tries and different options to find something that we can do for the long haul. You'll find it

I remembered my mom drinking slim-fast when I was younger ... I began as a teen ... the taste was something I had to grow accustomed to ... but it works when I'm on the go ... I lost weight 12lbs last year within 6 weeks on it with a "sensible dinner" ... now I only use it sporatically ... but it helps with meal replacement ...

Slimfast just doesn't make me feel full. I think I have to chew my food. Psychologically I feel like I haven't eaten when I have a slimfast.

I use slimfast for breakfast, sometimes I add a banana or a few fresh strawberries and put in the blender. I also count calories and count my calories for the sf in my total for the day. Works for me.

Slim Fast works really good for me. Tastes good makes me full. But I only use it every once in a while, cause then I get tired of it.

it works for me well because it gives me an excuse not to eat for a few hours in the afternoon. i tell myself that i cant eat for about 3 hours after the slimfast, so that takes out the time i might snack, like the time between noon and 3, or 2 and 5... i try to eat as light as possible durring the day (fewest calories with the most nutrients.) so i have an apple in the morning, later some all bran, maybe a slimfast or a clif bar in the mid after noon, then i can eat a normal dinner...i guess im just prone to the slimfast diet.
