Carla - I hope your week hasn't been too crazy busy.
I weighed in this morning and am happy to report a one pound loss. It's been a pretty good week on Core and I'm going to stick with it again this week. I have another 2.4 pounds before I get to where I was (my lowest) this summer (actually right after the cruise!) and I would like to get there before the wedding/Thanksgiving. I did two great workouts today after my meeting and I need those points because we are going out with my sister and bil to Famous Dave's. Yummy, yummy bar-b-que - usually I would have baby back ribs but I decided that getting to where I want to be at the end of the month is more important so I am planning on having bar-b-que chicken - core without the skin - and I'm just going to be careful on the sides.
