Default Attention pancake lovers!

Hi peeps,
I bought a box of multi grain buttermilk pancake mix with milled flax seed & soy from my local walmart, brand name Hodgson Mill.
I made myself 1/3 cup dry mix and just added 2 egg whites and a few splashes of milk, stirred and sprayed a pan with pam and cooked them. This made 3 decent side pancake for (200 calories) then I added 1 sliced banana on top (100 calories) and (50 calories worth of Mrs butterworths lite syrup)
They were very good and oh so filling with my morning tea.

I just thought I'd share because for 350 calories, it was a nice filling plate full of goodness this morning. It has 5 grams of fiber per serving, 10 proteins, and 450 mg omega 3 oils. I think next batch I am going to add some canned pumpkin and give that a whirl, as I am sure it will be equally yummy.

Suggestion. Add some ricotta cheese with the pumpkin. You could get away with losing one of the egg whites if you do that. And thanks for the brand suggestion. I will have to try!

Why would you want to lose one of the egg whites?

Herm, I've never tried that brand. I'll have to check it out, and see how it works with points on WW.

I was wondering the same thing.

Anyway, I've bought the Hodgson Mill products before, I really love their oat bran.

Thanks for the idea!~
