We missed you!!! You can get back on track. Just reflect on how far you've come and where you want to be. I know it's hard balancing 2 jobs and school (bravo to you btw miss), but you have to PLAN PLAN PLAN. You can do it!!!!

Well Mcdonalds does have salad choices. And Taco Bell has "Fresco Style" items. So there are a few options.

Oh I know there are options...I just can't resist the bad stuff when I do have fastfood. I am not fond of salsa on anything but chips, so the fresco option doesn't appeal to me at the Bell...And salad...had gotten so old. I dunno I guess I had a burnout in a way. I feel like if I continue to frequent 3FC and restart on Fitday I can get back on track. I just lost focus on my goal with everything going on

It's hard to resist the dripping with fat items when getting fast food. You've had a lot going on, too. But we're here rooting for you!

Don't be so hard on yourself and I'm sorry if I came off sort of harsh, hehe. Very few people's weightloss journey's are free of bumps in the road. It's not the end, and of course you know that, Congrats on not gaining!!! That's something to be happy about.

Mary, it's good to see you and congratulations on maintaining! That's a huge success in my book when your life is so nuts.

You have the tools you need, now to find the motivation to use them. You can do it, I have no doubt!

Mary - What a woman you are. Working that hard and maintaining your weight loss. That's amazing! You do know that you have options, though, right? There are tons of prepared foods in the grocery store that are low-calorie and healthy. When you're ready to get back to it, I would recommend stocking up on good stuff (which is usually less expensive than McDonald's and Taco Bell anyway) and just making sure that you get enough portable things that are readily available. Yogurt, fruit, raw veggies, protein bars, Kashi TLC bars, Fiber One bars - all of these are extremely portable. I've recently discovered a 4 oz. garlic and herb chicken breast sold in a foil packet that I think is absolutely delicious, and fills me up way more than 110 calories has a right to fill me up. In my experience, the tasteless McDonald's cuisine just doesn't compare. You just have to get to a place where you can prioritize your weight loss enough again to figure out a way around your very real obstacles.

Really glad to hear from you again! I am way impressed that you are able to maintain given the chaos in your life right now.
