Friday so far/plan:
B - raisin bran (200) w/skim milk (86)
S - banana (105), cup of herbal tea
L - leftover minestrone soup (250)
S - apple (80), yogurt (150)
D - leftover soup (380)
Total: 1251, but I'm sure I'll end up eating something extra
Exercise: planning on maybe a walk, I'm coming down with a cold and I hurt my knee at the gym yesterday so no elliptical/treadmill
