Hi to everyone! I started FINALLY my weight loss Program June 12th. I never stopped!!! I started at 285 lbs. On a 5 ft 5 in. small framed body, that is a lot of weight.
Now, I'm down 41 .5 lbs. I now weigh 243.5 lbs. Still, a lot but much better!
So... calculating my calories has been pretty easy. My calories range from 1850-2000 calories per day. Just wanted to tell you that I had hoped I would lose weight on this and it turns out that yes, it is happening. I'm averaging a 2 lb. per week weight loss which is very good. It's safe and sane!
I am hopeful that the rest of this year into next year will bring me down to goal or at least very close to goal. I joined a gym so that should kick in a bit as well.
