Just curious if anyone has used or is using this product. You take 15ml in a 200ml glass of water everynight, three hours after you have last eaten. It is supposed to burn weight while you are asleep.
I have started taking this in conjunction to 5 days exercise a week, an hour at a time and a very sensible diet. Lets hope it helps me reach my goal by xmas.
Unfortunately, nothing can burn fat while we sleep and any product that makes this claim should be considered suspect
According to the ingredients, Slender Night is a laxative and diuretic. Any weight loss will be from that, and not from burning fat, and it's a temporary loss.
Exercise and a sensible diet will work wonders, though
One of the things I would think that this product MAY do is stop people from eating late at night, seeing as it requires you to have it 3 hours after eating. If that sort of timing stopped you from snacking at night, then it would probably benefit you in that way, but it would not necessarily be the Slender Night that was doing the job, just the reduced eating. Sometimes these things 'work' in other ways, other than the ingredients doing what they say they will do. It is like the pills/potions/shakes you can buy that say "With a regular exercise routine... etc." Well, the regular exercise routine may be what is actually doing the job, not the other things.
