Default 31.4 pounds!
I had set a mini-goal of 30 pounds for myself in order to give myself a reward of a charm bracelet and I reached my first goal! I have now lost 31.4 pounds.

Since I got fully back on the wagon on August 27th, I have lost 11.6 pounds!

For every 5 pounds I lose from this point forward, I am buying myself a charm to add to my charm bracelet.

WELL DONE! i can't wait to hit the 20lbs mark nevermind 30! that is awesome and you deserve those little rewards you give yourself, i agree, it's a fab idea You should deffo put some before and after pictures up if you have any, it'd really inspire people!
