... So I was out in Calgary this summer, and I didn't have internet the whole time. Needless to say I've missed this forum. I've also put 5 lbs back on since I left... grr... and reset my goals. I'm hoping to lose 30 lbs by the time I graduate from University in ~8 months. My halfway point is three months away, the day I receive my class ring (which is a big deal for StFX). I've been a slacker over the summer and it's time to get down to business again!!!

My Plan: -cut out unhealthy junk food snacks... and chocolate (

) as much as possible.
- keep an eye on my portion sizes!!
- veggies, fruits, whole grains... you know the deal
- gym 3-5 times a week
- walk EVERYWHERE
And of course, visit 3fc every day!! lol with your support, I'm sure I can get back on track!
