Thumbs down You made me love you.... I didn't want to do it!

Well, I am back from my parents house! YAY!

However, when I left my parents house, I found cookies in our van that my mother decided that we needed to have for a snack. Instead of throwing them out like I should have, I had a couple ("no biggee", I thought "I haven't dipped into my extra points for the week yet")

Then, once I got home, I waited for DH to get here and we went grocery shopping (we'd both been gone the entire week so we didn't have a whole heck of a lot of food in the house)... we got out of the store at around midnight!!!! Decided we were hungry so we went to Taco Bueno (like Taco Bell).... I got loaded nachos ("no biggee", I thought "I still have my extra points for the week").

This morning, I didn't eat breakfast (dumb move on my part) and we went to the lake with some friends to have a picnic. We brough some stuff that's like Crunch 'n munch with chocolate drizzled over it... and sub sandwiches.... I ate more than I should have! And have been grazing since then - chips here, chocolate there, salsa, more crunch 'n munch stuff. I know that TOM is no where around, so this is ALL me.....

OYE!!! I feel like the past 24 hours have been one huge step back for me! Weigh-in is tomorrow, I haven't gotten to really work out all week, been at my parents house (the land of salt, sugar, and deep fried goodies), and then topped it off with my actions last night and today!.

Thank goodness that tomorrow starts a new week for me... I am SOOOO ready to be back OP. I feel so much better about myself when I stick to it!

I did notice last night that WW makes yogurt now, so I got some of them (1 point a cup), and some WW muffins and WW entree's for the week if I should need them.

My goal this week is to not dip into the weeks extra points and to stay OP and get my game back on!!!!!!!!

Hey Girl

We all have bad weeks, you know what you did wrong and how to fix it. Tomorrow is a new week for you so use it to your advantage. I had a bad week last week for other reasons and had a big gain, so I will spend the next two weeks tyring to lose it again. This is a slow process, but in the end worth it.

Don't beat yourself up.
