I broke my hand Fri night. I have to see the ortho dr tomorrow. Ever since then I've been not doing good. Don't know why I'm in this funk. I haven't been eating bad but I;m not exercising that great. I finally did this afternoon though. Just needed a little confession.

Oh gosh! You broke your hand??? I'm so sorry! You know, that can be really painful. I hope the ortho doc has good things to tell you.

Please don't be hard on yourself because you don't feel like exercising when you're injured! Gee, you're hurt! Give yourself a little room... Your body needs all its reserves to heal your bones--so help it out!

I hope you heal up quickly and well!

Wow! Sorry to hear that. I am sure you are in pain and a little bit of shock, too. Cut yourself some slack for a few days. Pamper yourself as much as possible.

Oh boy. I'm so sorry to hear about your hand and the ensuing surgery. I hope you have a quick, full and painless recovery.
