Hi all

I am looking for some help with starting slimming world, i have been trying ww since the birth of my daughter 9 months ago and loose then put on, then loose again etc, so i want to give SW a go...

I lost a stone and a half before my wedding on ww but since having my daughter it no longer seems to be working for me...

The problem that i have is that i dont have the finances to join the groups although i would love to...does anyone know if you can get a GP referal? I weigh 14st 9lbs and am desperate to loose it I have scoured the internet but not alot of the 'getting started' information is posted and im getting cofused between red and green days and what counts as free foods, syns etc...

Any help would be appreciated sooo much!!

Hope SW works for you. I have also done WW about 80 million times and am finding SW a lot easier (early days I know!)

Buy the books you get at the meetings on ebay I've sold a few in my time. It's cheaper to join for a week and not go again though as sometimes they go for £20.
