Howdy, howdy, howdy!
Hello all! My name is Tammy and I'm from Texas. Like everyone else I'm trying to lose weight. I have been suffering from several health related issues as a result of my weight. I was not willing to consider surgery and obviously my normal routine just isn't enough. My regular doctor passed me off to a 'specialist' and I actually gained weight under his care. I have since truly started exploring my options. I have found a new doctor and am currently under a directed weight loss program. I have been seriously working at this for almost 6 weeks. I feel like I'm doing pretty well (down 35.5 pounds, 2 dress sizes and lots of inches), however... the variety stinks. That may be my only downfall. So with my restrictions and limitations, I was searching for more options and found this site. Outside of being incredibly thorough and easy to use, it seems to be a great place for support and idea sharing. Looking forward to getting to know everybody and finding my way around. Warm Wishes, T
