Hi everyone! I'm kinda new here. What I mean by kinda is I had signed up on 3FC awhile back, but never really got too involved with posting & such. I finally decided it is time I start posting & making new friends to help me out along this weight loss ride. I am 33 and recently divorced. I have struggled with my weight since I was about 12. I have tried every diet under the sun (alright almost every diet). So here I go again, down the same road I have
already been. I am hoping that this time things will be somehow different. As far as my diet plan goes I am going to eat in moderation & start exercising again. I am definitely going to start strength training! Anyway, I wanted to pop in and say hi to you all!

Welcome Hometowngirl! I think you will really enjoy joining our group of 30 somethings. There are a bunch of great people who post in this thread. Glad that you here!
