I just finished cycle 2 of EFS and I lost another 4 pounds! I was surprised since I had a cheeseburger and French fries at my lab mates going away dinner. This next week will be the real test. I have had a hard time breaking my current weight and have always gotten frustrated when I spent months eating right and exercising and then seeing nothing happen on the scale. Wish me luck.

I would love to hear how everyone on EFS is doing so far.

After a couple of weeks of being stuck at my personal plateau, I've started losing again so just stick with it if you do plateau for a bit. I did a week of maintenance, and then went back to the plan with cycle 1 again and that seemed to work for me.
