Default Success 10 minute Whole Grain Brown Rice?

Ok y'all I have probably a dumb question but I saw in the store today different flavors of Success Brand 10 minute Whole Grain Brown Rice. All the flavors I saw except for the three cheese broccoli looked like it would be ok to eat for FS they have 3 grams of fiber per serving and 6 grams of protein and only 2 grams of fat if you make it according to their directions which calls for 1 tbs of olive oil. So if you reduce the olive oil to only 1 teaspoon. Couldn't we eat that? Cuz they are really easy to make and taste really good tooo...i tried the Southwest Chipotle one.

Let me know your views...thx

Oh yea one other thing it has more fiber and protein then regular whole grain brown rice and only 1 more gram of fat if you make it according to the box.

As long as they're whole grain and the sodium level isn't really high, I don't see why you couldn't eat those!
