Today I was convinced I was going to go eat the buffet at the Chinese restaurant across the street. But when I got in my car, I just drove right past it and went to good ole Subway. This is a major hurdle I have just crossed, cause that restaurant is my major "binge" place. I am taking it one day at a time, and today, that was my major accomplishment!!!!! Woo HOO
That's GREAT! Way to go!!! Personally, I know how HARD it is to pass up Chinese food! My substitute, for now, is frozen meals. Kashi Sweet and Sour Chicken and any of the Amy's organic frozen Asian entrees are outstanding. It really helps keep the Chinese cravings at bay. The Amy's Indian entrees work for those Indian cravings, too!
Good for you! I bet that subway tasted all the better for your victory! Hey, you could pretend the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub is chinese food. Maybe that'll ease the craving.
Way to go !! Chinese food, I have learned to skip it, because it does not help with my own diet, Hubby makes sushi once a month and I am happy with that. cheryl
