i've been on a little weekend vacation in vegas this weekend , and yesterday i got really sick, dehydraded,fever,throwing up everything. . . well i prayed that night , i was in so much pain . i asked God to help me sleep , so it would go away. he gave me a better gift he made me suffer, i sat up till two thinking how stupid i was to only have a couple sips of water during a 122 degree weather. i realized i was being stupid and i dont take care of my body. this temple he blessed me with for my soul to live in and im destroying it. how dumb am i to throw away a gift like that???? well i slept for about an hour and a half. four o clock hits and im wide awake . motivated i quietly get dressed so i didnt wake anyone and headed for the hotels fitness center i worked out for 2 hours burned 400 calories then i went back to the room shhhh and changed into my bathing suit , and went for some laps for a little over an hour . . .burning 200 more( i looooooooooooovvvvvvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeee heart rate monitors . ) and i had a turkey sandwhich i was so proud of my self i was back in the room by 9 with breakfast for everyone!!!!! this is the first time i have actually moved my butt.

Oh and I feel your pain. I was bad and didn't hydrate properly before my Oceanography's beach field trip last week. 2 hours in the hot sun with no shade and 90+% humidity was not good.

wow this was so inspiring to read!! congrats, girl! What a gift of enlightenment you received!!! it's true that a lot of us don't treat our bodies the right way----it's the home of our soul! great job on all that delicious exercise!!!
