Default Back To The Boys'

Jean's sizes that is. I am weary of thinking I dropped a size, and hence lost some weight because one store or brand's size 8 is another store or brand's size 10; or conversely feeling like I expanded a size because another store or brand's size 8 is the same as a different store or brand's size 6.

Boy's (men's) sizes are so much more consistent and if you buy discount they rip the label off so no one knows what size it is anyway.

I used to judge my progress by size reduction, but I found out that doesn't work for the reasons listed above.

I don't own a scale ( haven't for years and WILL NOT buy one) so until I get the nerve to hop on a friend's ego killer I'll track my progress by measurement.

In case you haven't guessed I loathe clothes shopping.

I buy dressy, formal clothes to last for years and I mostly avoid the stores at other times.
