Cool Hi Girls!!
Hi! My name is Samantha i recently had a daughter. Well i suppose 9 months ago is recent enough! i gained about 40 lbs during my pregnancy that i have hardly lost any. my goal is 170 and im currently around 210.. i havent weighed in a while! so ill be checking in regularly! i need a weight loss buddy to keep me motivated and talk. Anyone intrested?!

Red face Hello ladies! i'm a newbee 2
Hi just like to introduce myself. I am currently looking for a little support with my weight loss journey. I'm always strugling with my weight, i used to weigh 147 lbs a year and a half ago. Out of lazyness and a disregard to my exercise routine , i also started eating alot of junk food. So no need to state te obious but i will, i gained 60 lbs and not feeling great about myself. I just moved into a different city and would like some support. I can provide insight to diets and exercise cause i've just about done them all , and i no which ones worked for me.
