So glad you found us!
Hope you will join us over in the numbered threads as that is where most of the chat takes place. Also feel free to join in the July exercise thread if you would like. Some of us set goals to aim for; others prefer to just go in and log their minutes. Either way is fine; whatever works for you. But it's a fun way to make our progress. You can help us make our goal of 22,000 minutes this month... that will be a new record but in June we went over 21,000! Every minute counts and will help us make our goal of 200,000 minutes this year! We would love to have you join in!
