what kind of diets are you all on? idid weight watchers after the birth ofmy first lil boya nd lost 124 pounds then got pg again and now have tolose all this weight once and for all finding it alot harder to lose this time around. I found out i have pcos when we were trying for our first which explained alot of thep roblems i have had throughout mylife.

has anyone tried the ******* diet?

I have PCOS and am currently following the WW plan. I do alter it a bit - I tend to eat whole grains, lean meats, veggies, fruits and stay away from things that might fit in my points, but would sabatage my pcos.
