Default Tuesday

Good morning to all my TOPS buddies,
we were suppose to have a cool spell but it did not happen. I am sitting here sweating waiting for ac to cool me off. But that is ok.
I did ok yesterday. I seem to be doing ok all around. My scale is down but we all know how quickly that can change.
I did do 15 minutes on treadmill before knee said "whoa! no more!"
Well it is time to get ready for work. Hope everyone has a good day. I think of this board and all the people on it everyday.

Good Morning everyone,

Eleni,

I am glad to hear you are doing okay. It is a good feeling isn't it? So far today I am doing fine.

I have been out and done my cleaning at the library already. Some days it is so bad that I wonder what they were doing for the few days before. LOL I always thought that reading should be a clean activity. Oh well, the dirtier it is the more there is for me to do and I get more exercise that way.

I hope everyone is doing fine today. If the rain would quit I would be excellent, but since it rains here all winter I guess I need to learn to live with it.

Hello everyone,

I am also having a good day and plan on keeping it that way.

Eleni, I am so happy that you are doing well. Don't think of the scale going back up cause that is a negative thought. Keep the positive frame of mind and you will do just fine. Going to the post office today and my phone number is in the letter. How is work going?

Bev, glad you're having a great day also. In regards to the library scenerio, think of it as job security. My husband has that kind of work also, except his is in a high school. You can picture what that must be like!!!! Oh, I would love to just have rain to contend with for the winter other than the 150 to 200 inches of snow that we usually get. Gets depressing the longer winter stretches out....talk about cabin fever!!! It won't melt from the front of the house until May.

Well, I'm going to be able to make the funeral of our TOPS member today. Yesterday I cried as I pinned a 'TOPS ARE SPECIAL PEOPLE' pinette on her blazer lapel. TOPS was such a big part of her life. At this stage in her life it was more of a social thing, but she never gave up and was always looking for a loss every week. Due to her medical problems, she did end up losing 20 pounds this year. Bless her heart!!

Hope everyone has a good day. I need to get going and figure out what to wear. Can't go without giving a dose of those {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{VIBES}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} !!!!!!

TOPS Hugs,
Summer
