Speaking of fitday...how accurate are the calorie counts?
I use the downloaded Fitday software, and I love it. I also use a recipe collection software called "MasterCook", which is also helpful. They each give calorie counts for foods. When I input a recipe into each of them, they come up with different calorie counts, sometimes by a lot. I tend to trust Fitday's calorie count more. My question is: How accurate do you think Fitday's calorie counts for custom meals is?
