hello again.. been a while i know, but have had company from america, and been busy as heck

.. hope everyone has been doin well.. i havnt gained any weight since i have had company, but i havnt lost any either

today i started back on my regimen i.e drinkin loads of water, and eating about 1700 cals... the weight calculator thing i went on said that for my height and weight i should eat about 2300 cals to lose weight and about 2500 to maintain.. i never eat that much, so i dont think that would work too well.. 1500-1800 sounds good to me.. what do you guys think??
hardest part food wise, is because im american i know what to buy for low cal snacks etc in america.. but you dont have low cal cool whip and jello here lol.. any suggestions for yummy real low cal snacks i can get in UK?? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.. my sweet tooth will thank you
