Sheila is back on the beach.....
Hi y'all. It's been awhile since I have been here, but I am back and on the Beach 3 weeks now. I forgot how much I missed the comraderie and support from everyone. My husband and I and a friend living with us for the summer are all on the Beach and we've each lost 10+ lb. It great seeing the results and fitting into clothes that haven't fit me for a while. I also wanted to shed a few....ok a lot before getting pregnant.
I look forward to reading people's stories and sharing my adventure.
