Hello All. Some of you may know that I had started lawl sometime last year and quit...and renewed about 3 weeks ago (well I started my 3rd week today). So far I have lost a total of 5 lbs on the plan (is this okay for 2 weeks)? I have not had a POP day everyday (my bday fell in those 2 weeks), but I have worked out religiously!!!! So one day when I went to WI, I had actually gained 1 lb back and the counsler said it may be because I worked out directly before going to the center. Has anyone else ever esperienced this?
I am also a teacher and school is out (whoo-hooo

) but that leaves me with LOTS of time during the day. Thankfully summer school starts Mon. !! (Never though I would say that). But this week I went to COD in the morning...now I am super scared that because I will be going back to evening WI's. I am actually thinking about waking my daughter up early and taking her to the center with me at 7 (when they open) then dropping her to camp at 8:30 (time that camp begins) and getting to work by 9 (time I have to be there) It may work...if I can leave the house early enough!!!!! Or should I just switch back to evening WI's....what to do!!!!
