Question daughters birthday party, question about cake?

My dd who is having her 8th birthday at a pool wants a cookie cake for dessert from Great American Cookie Co.. Its not life and death that I have a piece by any means but can I eat any of it and what should I cOunt it as ?
She is having either hot dogs or pizza delivered. Personally delivery of the pizza is ideal then I don't have to haul my stuff there and set it up. kinda nice to rent a pool with 2 life guards and have very little clean up. All for 50$ for 3 hours!

Steph, it's your DD's birthday so I would say have some - but that's my opinion. If I were you, I would have a small piece and take off any icing and count it as 1S and 1Fat. According to the tip cards, a slice of birthday cake would be 2S and 1fat...but with the cookie you're minus the icing and it would be a much smaller piece than cake. My DD's birthday is a weakness for me. I can't not have a small piece of cake...I mean we gave birth to them for crying out loud!

Thanks thats what I was not sure of if its 2 or 1 to count for starch. I agree I have not cheated on purpose so far so I figure a little bit won't hurt me to badly.

thanks for the response.

Congrats on hitting 20lb LOSS thats awesome. I have been waiting to hit the 10 lb mark and I hope to by a week from Saturday.

I would celebrate too!!
