742 calories and i am stuffed
ok, i wanted to see why my weight has not changed in almost 3 weeks. i decided to use fitday to see how many calories i ate in a day. per my height and weight i should be eating at least 2000 cal a day to lose. yesterday i only ate 1400 cals and today was only 742. i am so full and cannot eat another bite. I eat breakfast ( usually high fiber cereal w/ blueberries and nonfat milk) snack( slice of flourless bread toasted w/ icbinb) lunch ( salad w/ tuna or a meal replacement bar: 210 cal) snack ( 1/2 apple) and then i am stuffed. i managed to eat a hog dog dipped in mustard just to up the cals but i can't force anything else. i guess i am wondering does anyone else have this problem of not eating enough. what am i doing wrong. i also drink plenty of water and work out at least 45 mins a day, either dancing or walking. any advice i do appreciate
