Default Could I lose 14lbs between June 15th and September 1st?

I wanna come back after the summer holidays looking thin in the new term.
I want it to be fresh start. I want people to notice me.
Do you think if I started On June 15th I could have lost a stone over the summer?

I'm 140 lbs (10 stone) and 5"1 in height.

I'm gonna plunder through some math here. Is that about 75 days? Eleven weeks?
That's kind of ambitious cuz you're not very big. What would happen if you simply got some lighter and quite a bit slimmer? Would that be good enough? Or must you see that number on the scale?

Anything's possible Cate, you just need to do it correctly, high protein, low carbs and plenty of exercise and water.... good luck, let us know how you're doing.
